It turned out light and flakey. I didnt like how dark the tops got from the mayo so next time I'll do a butter and egg wash instead. I also dont like using shortening so next time it will be just straight grated frozen butter. I did enjoy how quick and easy this was compared to the other recipes I've tried. Looking forward to tweeking this to suit my family's needs. Thank you for a good base to go by. Was definitely impressed.
