    I think this is an excellent start. I ended up adding 3 stalks of celery instead of one, minced garlic in place of the garlic juice and chicken stock in place of the water and it was pretty tasty. I think it needs a pinch more zest, but I haven’t quite decided what yet. I will definitely make it again!
