- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- green food colouring (Red &)

Directions
- Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, butter, and salt into a saucepan.
- Bring to hard ball stage (use a glass of cold water to determine this).
- Add vanilla and cool slightly.
- Add in desired food colouring and pour syrup mixture over popped popcorn.
- Form into balls.
