- 6 oz. tomato paste (use less if a thinner consistency is desired)
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (add more to taste)
- 2 lb. ground beef (I used 80% lean meat to 20% fat)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tsp. yellow onion (finely minced)
- 1 tsp. ground pepper (fresh)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Grandma recommends Italian style)

Perfect! The only change I made was to use half ground beef and half ground pork
