It was easy to make and tasty. I had them with tartar sauce (mixture of onion, sweet relish and mayo) perfect appetizer!!

Turned out great. I added Panko bread crumbs, Hot Sauce, and lemon juice.

It turned turned out very well. I doubled the recipe but kept the number of eggs the same. I added some Frank's red hot original, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice and creole seasoning, used both plain breadcrumbs and flour along with the eggs to hold together.

It was similar to my moms recipe only she always added a cap of lime juice and flour. I omitted the flour and used Panko bread crumbs and a spoon of mayo. My husband loved it. This is my go to salmon cake recipe. Yum!

Use this recipe all the time I add 2 stalks of dice sauté celery with the onions this keeps the salmon cakes moist.
