Great cornbread recipe. Used Bob's Red Mill course cornmeal and an iron skillet to cook it in. Wll definitely be one of my go to recipe.

The best cornbread I’ve ever baked. I preheated oven and placed cast iron skillet in oven with vegetable oil while I prepared the batter. Skillet was very hot when I poured batter into skillet. The edges were very crispy and delicious. This is my all to,e favorite cornbread recipe.

Best we have tasted so far. Definitely a repeat! No modifications made. Might try adding corn kernels next time.

This cornbread turned out awesome! The best I've had and that says a lot coming from a southern girl:)
