- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg (yokes, slightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 vanilla (GOOD TSP)
- 2 bananas (barely starting to spot)
- 9 inches pie crust

Directions
- Cook pie crust as it says on package and cool
- Melt butter in a saucepan until melted. Then add, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and flour. NOT ALL AT ONCE or else it will get chunky. Slowly mix until combined
- Turn mixture onto medium heat STIRRING CONSTANTLY with a whisk. This is what makes it so smooth. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, stir it for about a minute. Then remove from heat.
