This was superb! I made it exactly as recipe indicated but used a large “pinch” of cardamom. She is right about prepping the pan very well.

Whoa! This is fantastic! I put a layer of walnut at the foot of the cake and it gave it a really nice texture. This is such a fabulous recipe!! Will be making it again soon!
