Amazing!!! I changed things a little.....I found the meatball mixture to be a bit wet & also needed a little salt. So I only used 1tsp fish sauce & added 1/2 tsp salt. Also, for the curry, I've always followed a recipe for Thai curry that has a tablespoon of fish sauce. I only added a tsp the first time I made this & it made the whole flavor of the sauce come alive! Thai curry always needs fish sauce for flavor! Today I'm making it for the third time & Im going to try a tbsp. All in all, this recipe is outstanding! I served it with rice vermicelli & sautéed book choy,
