  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used full-fat Greek yogurt, 65 g/ 2.2 oz - you can use coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil (I used melted ghee, 30 g/ 1.1 oz - you can make your own)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (sugar-free, you can make your own)
  • 2 teaspoons liquid stevia (I used 30 drops of Vanilla Stevia)
  • 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (I used dark 85% chocolate chips, 45 g/ 1.6 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (30 g/ 1.1 oz)
