- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cardamom
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup honey (I used raw)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 vanilla beans
- frosting (Orange Cardamom Vanilla Bean, Vegan)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream (chilled full fat, either from a can of coconut cream or separated from 2+ cans of coconut milk, that has been chilled)
- 2 vanilla beans
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 Orange (leaving a little aside for garnish, optional)
