- 2 cups pecan (pieces)
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour (I used arrowroot)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water chestnut flour (I used Otto's Cassava Flour Amazon Affiliate)
- 1/2 cup milk (flax, or other dairy-free milk. I used Almond Milk)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (add this to all the ingredients when blending)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp. baking soda (I use aluminum free like this. Amazon Affiliate Link)
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/4 pure maple syrup
