    Pretty good, a little eggy, definitely moist. I substituted almond flour per a conversion chart found online

    I loved this bread! Very tasty! It is SUPER moist, I was scared it wasn't baked long enough because the top was still a little sticky, but sure enough it turned out wonderful. I added a couple extra tablespoons of Coconut flour. I also substituted applesauce for coconut oil, that's just personal preference though.

    This turned out well! I added about 3 extra tablespoons of coconut flour. Not bad for a healthy breakfast! Next time I will use bananas that are a little more brown to make it sweeter.

    A little odd, moist to the point of steamy sticky. Taste was good overall but did not keep for very long

    It was yummy great ingredients that I can feed myself and my kids I also made some leftovers into a French toast super sweet with no added sugar
