Really good food! The recipe has a few grammar/style flaws. We used coconut flour instead of almond flour because that’s all we had and they were still good!

Delicious and easy! i used flour and breadcrumbs though because we don't cook with restrictions.

Overall it was good. A bit on the blander side for curry. We served it with spiced couscous, which was a good choice. Next time, I think we will add more curry powder and less ginger.

This is a perfect Thai red curry recipe . Good with chicken or shrimp. The basil really makes it taste authentic and the other flavors come out while simmering. It may need a little lime.
