- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 dates (pitted*)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup milk & cream (full fat coconut, the hardened cream that forms at the top of the can once it’s been refrigerated)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter (or more coconut oil)
- 3/4 cup sweetener (granulated, I used 1/2 cup Swerve and 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar to lower the sugar amount)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 dash sea salt
