My husband and I loved this flat bread! I used tapioca instead of arrowroot powder and added a little bit of more water. It turned out great! Can’t wait to try it with arrowroot starch.

Nice little flatbread substitute and very easy to make. Jut make sure your pan is nice and hot so it doesn't stick to the pan.
