  • 1 banana (fresh)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons tigernut (Smoothie Mix)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 coconut flakes (tbps)
  • 1 cacao nibs (tbps)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 banana (thinly sliced)

    Directions

    1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (I use a Vitamix ) until perfectly smooth.
    2. Pour your tigernut smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the toppings as you see in the photos.
