  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil (if shallow frying)
  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric (careful, this may stain your hands and pans. Use protection!)
