- 2 cups oats (quick or rolled)
- 1 cup nuts (chopped or sliced, I have used sliced almonds exclusively for my last few batches, but all nuts work)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (measure when packed)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup graham crackers (chopped, about 3 rectangle boards)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (I often use only dried cranberries, but dried blueberries or chopped dried cherries are also delicious)
- cinnamon
- chocolate chips
