Great! used bow tie pasta and about 1/2 pound of bacon. i'll do this again. Next time going to bake it with Ritz cracker crumbs.

This was outstanding... very flavourful. Used all ingredients listed with a package of bacon rather then 4 slices. At the last minute sprinkled fresh Parmesan on top (2 cups) and put in oven to bake 350 for 20 min. Best Mac n Cheese ever! Invite people over... it makes enough for 4 or more. Going to freeze some next time to bake. Yum!
