- 1 bag soy crumbles (or 2 cups cooked lentils)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes (do not drain, use the liquid)
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (make sure you are using a VEGAN sauce, most brands contain fish)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. ground thyme
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni (dried, make sure the brand you use is vegan)
- 4 cups water
