We added a jalapeno and mushrooms because we had them. This was really good!

The directions were to a totally different recipe, do just winged it and turned out pretty good.

I’ve made this before and was pleased with it, but now the link to the directions goes to an entirely different recipe :( It’s easy enough without them but still needs to be fixed.

Very good recipe! I did add some corn, and not as many diced tomatoes (I misread the ingredients) so I had to add a little bit of pasta sauce. I also used some Italian seasoning in the beef to give it a little more flavor.
