I made the exact recipe the first time and it tasted good but I didn't like the texture much. I made some changes and I believe it became better. 1. I added 3/4 cup of butter. 2. blended the egg before everything. 3. Instead of 375 grams of Nutella, I used 300 grams. 4. added walnuts just before baking it.
My friends loved the walnuts a lot and the texture was much more pleasant for me.
