I will not make these again. The measurements are wrong and it seems to be copied from the gnom-gnom webpage. The difference between weighing and measuring ingredients may be the issue because when the ingredients come together, they form a batter, not a dough. I ended up mixing the cinnamon and sugar blend into the batter, scooping it into muffin tins and baking it. Not a good cinnamon roll recipe.
