    Very easy tasty banana cake to make. I only gave 4 stars as I prefer a few pieces of banana to be in the loaf-another time I'd leave the banana lumpier rather than blending it completely-however that's my personal preference. Baked at 165 degrees in my fan oven with great results.

    this was a amazing cake the only reason i have it 4 stars was that it only need cooking for 50 min and 10 of that was with foil over it
