Dough seemed dry before putting in refrigerator. After letting the well-wrapped dough rest for 36 hours in the refrigerator, the cookie dough was very, very dry. Cookies didn’t spread while baking; looked like little cookie cheese puffs. The first batch baked for 10.5 minutes and hardened to hockey pucks, the second batch was reduced to 9.5 minutes and were soft while warm, were soft, but not gooey when cooled. The third batch was reduced to just under 9 minutes and were soft while warm, but were almost undercooked. Should’ve waited for others to review it. If made again, I would either reduce the amount of flour or add more butter. A big waste of three days.
