- 1 1/2 tsp. hungarian hot paprika
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. bouillon (Better Than, Organic Mushroom Base)
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- wine (splash of, optional; I just happened to have some)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
