- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. dulse flakes
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds (hulled)
- 1 tsp. onion (dried)
- 1 tsp. garlic (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. holy basil (dried, /tulsi, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (good, sea salt, himalayan pink salt, alaea hawaiian salt, fleur de sel, or a smoked flake salt ... just not refined white salt)
- 1 bunch asparagus (steamed lightly, don't overcook, it should still be bright green!)
- 1 orange zested (blood, sliced, and peel removed)

- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 slice blood orange

- olive oil (Drizzle over some, a squeeze of blood orange is nice too)
- 1 bunch asparagus (steamed lightly, don't overcook, it should still be bright green!)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced, shitake or oyster)
