These look great! My husband is diabetic and this looks to be a great snack. He drives a truck and I am always looking for good snacks for him. I see the nutrition values for this recipe but I didn't see the portion size to go with the nutrition listings. Can you help me out with the portion size? I try to balance his protein, carbs and fat daily. Thanks. I give this 5 stars before I try this recipe because other people have affirmed the taste and taste determines whether a snack will be eaten no matter how low the carb count is. I can't wait to try this out today.
