- 1 onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup wish-bone light balsamic basil vinaigrette dressing
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 4 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- 4 slices bacon

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and stir in Wish-Bone Light® Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette Dressing.
- Arrange greens on serving platter. Top with chicken mixture, then cheese and bacon. Serve, if desired, with additional Dressing.
