Very easy and pretty tasty, but not super flavorful. I think my squash also got overcooked which made the texture too soft, so careful with your boiling pre-bake.

What an easy and tasty dish made! My husband and dinner guests loved it. I made a lot of substitutions:
I made it with half squash and half cauliflower
I used 2 eggs instead of egg substitute
