- 1 pinch black pepper (to help absorb the curcumin in turmeric!)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (to taste, or other liquid sweetener*)

Used all the recommended spices and also added 1/2 tsp of ground clove. For sweetener I prefer honey. I also used a blend of coconut cream and oat milk.

I like sweeter drinks, so I added some vanilla extract and 2 tsp of maple syrup. Yum!

Not gonna lie it was a little weird at first, but as I kept drinking it I ended up liking it. I poured it over ice :)

liked it. used tahini milk and added nutmeg. Seems to be a versitle recipe.

This is really tasty. I used half of all the spices. It's mainly savory, with a noticeable bite from the black pepper. I added honey to my second mug to sweeten it, creating a complex flavor that I really enjoyed. I'm sure more maple syrup would work just as well.
