- 4 inches turmeric root (fresh, washed and grated, or use about 1 teaspoon dried turmeric)
- 1 inch fresh ginger root (with skin washed and grated)
- 1 stick canela
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey, add more according to your liking)
- 1/4 tsp. peppercorn (whole back)
- 1/2 tsp. seeds (cardamon)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (virgin)
