- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (roughly)
- 1/4 cup dates (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey, choose maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 5 oz. yogurt (choice, choose vegan/dairy-free if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 cup fruit (choice, I used sliced banana, cherries, and chopped mango thawed from frozen)
- 1/4 batch granola (golden milk, above)
