- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 soya sauce (teapsoons)
- 2 white vinegar (teapsoons)
- 1/2 salt (teapsoon, or to taste)
- 1 red chili powder (teapsoon, or to taste, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (for thickening)
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for deep frying)
