Description
If you like sloppy joes, you should try this unique variation. Made with goat meat, these tacos are sweet, tangy, and yes, just a little bit sloppy. You can also use hamburger buns as the base, if that is more your style.
Ingredients

- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp. hot pepper (chili)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 grams goat (chopped kid)
- olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth
- 8 hamburger buns (tacos or 4)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- grated cheese
- basil (optional)

Directions
- Cut the onions in thin slices, and dice the pepper.
- Fry together for 5 minutes in a dash of olive oil.
- Then, add the garlic, and cook for another minute.

Really solid dish I added honey to the sauce to tone down the spice.after searing off the goat I made enough sauce to be a braising liquid when the goat was done, I pulled it out and reduced the sauce to a spicy BBQ. My 7 year old ate with glee
