Absolutely delicious. I used spicy honey instead of adding cayenne, and they turned out great. I was worried the honey would burn in the oven, but it caramelized the bacon perfectly. These were devoured, and if you buy the dates that are already pitted, it saves a ton of time. Will definitely make these again.

Made this to bring as part of a pot luck dinner. Everyone loved them! They were one of the first dishes eaten. I didn’t change anything in this recipe.
