Description
The possibilities are endless with these goat cheese bites and the recipe is so simple you'll return to it over and over again. You can use pretty much anything to coat little bite-sized balls of goat cheese, from nuts and seeds to herbs and fruit. The best way to serve these is to use a combination of coatings and set them out on a platter during a gathering. If you have extra left over, simply add them to a salad.
