Excellent. A lovely prawn curry that I will make again and again. 😋😋😋

Very nice. I used Thai river prawns and I had just over a kilo so I prepared twice the amount of sauce only to find that when I removed the heads and deveined them there was just under 500grams. So mine had plenty of sauce. Not a problem as the sauce was delicious.
This is a very simple and easy to cook recipe that delivers a fantastic finished dish.
Highly recommended!

Cooked this dish today as an Xmas starter and it came out as intended. I also added a tsp of Kashmiri powder for even more kick!
