- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- 20 green chilli peppers (long, – Remove seeds if you don’t want it too spicy)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. coconut (desecrated, – toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. mint leaves (– chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander leaves (– chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 fillets (large coley, – skinned)
- 4 Tbsp. gram flour (This is chickpea flour available in Indian markets and online)
- 1 Tbsp. mango powder (Available in Indian markets often sold as Ancoor powder)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 3 limes
