    Absolutely amazing and crazy easy, quick to make. I cheated and used the parmesan cheese in a can and minced garlic but even my 6 yo picky monster who hates potatoes loved it

    It was a hit and a keeper for me! I did add extra garlic and put aside more of the cooking water to ensure there would be enough moisture to add if it got too thick from sitting longer on the stove.
