    I only used the spinach, gnocchi, and sausage. Cooked down the spinach with the sausage, added the gnocchi and then a jar of 4-Cheese Alfredo. #Delicious

    Great! Simple ingredients, healthy change. Used all fresh ingredients, for chicken sausage- I used chicken sausage with spinach & feta from H-E-B (grocery store in some southern states) Barely had leftovers, which was gone by lunch the next day!
