- 1/2 juice (from a medium lemon)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (liquid)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. honey (depending on how sweet you like it, I used 1 tbs and found it enough)
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour (I used quinoa)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (to cut in like pastry)
- 2 bananas (Frozen)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla (powdered)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk (“mylk” – I used a blend of)
- 2 sea salt (– 3 “cracks” of pink himalayan)
- chopped walnuts (optional)
