  • 70 milliliters white rice vinegar
  • 2 pineapple rings (tinned, chopped into small segments)
  • 125 milliliters pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped into squares)
  • 1/2 red pepper (chopped into squares)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (blended with 2 tbsp of water)
