So good and so easy. My 4yr old made it for my birthday and we ate it on the beach. Was great with butter on it. Someone else suggested it could be good with some chocolate chips in it.
Don't tell anyone it's sugar free and gluten free until after they have eaten it. Telling some people put them off trying it!! I guess know your audience... Everyone loved it though.
Will definitely make make this again.
