- 1/2 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup nondairy milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (or other mild flavored oil, *or use mashed pumpkin or sweet potato to make oil-free)
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (mixed with ¼ cup warm water)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
