- 1 egg (Ener-G, 1 and ½ teaspoons Ener-G replacer + 2 Tablespoons water)

- 1 1/8 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (vegan/dairy-free)
