Tastes great. I make this often as my wife has coeliac disease. I do leave out the sugar as I do not like sweet cornbread.

Tasted great! A bit crumbly but that’s probably due to my inexperience using gluten free flour

I like my cornbread a little bit sweeter so the second time I made it I added more sugar. excellent recipe. Comes out great in a cast iron pan
