    Fairly easy and cooking went refreshingly smoothly! Have had mixed luck making G/F flatbreads and naan breads and recipes are not always the healthiest. I loved that this one has pumpkin, not a crazy amount of oil, and is vegan! Great recipe, the 4 stars reflects how mine turned out more than the recipe itself. May use a little baking soda next time or just not flatten so much to get them a little thicker and fluffier. :)

    This was good...a little rubbery, but an acceptable substitute for regular naan. I might try some stronger seasonings on the next batch.
