- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 cups gluten-free flour (Red Mill's)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup raisins
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar (confectioner's, sifted)
